The WFAC accepts one applicant per course on a "standby" enrollment basis. The fee is one half the regular course fee. This applicant:

1. Receives the regular course mailings, including the pretest and course notes (about four weeks before the course)
   
   
2. Agrees that if there is a cancellation between two weeks and one week before the course, the applicant will accept the opening

If the applicant declines the opening, the applicant forfeits the fee and "goes to the back of the line," to start over for enrollment in future courses.

If there is no opening for the applicant between two weeks and one week before the course, the applicant "rolls over" into a regular confirmed enrollment in the subsequent course at one half the course fee.
