What else should I know about being a 'victim'?

Without exception, students tell us that the simulations are the best part of the course. Students who act the role of rescuers have the opportunity to practice first-aid decisionmaking and prioritization skills. While you do not have this opportunity as a 'victim,' playing the role of victim provides valuable perspective on the communication and patient care aspescts of wilderness first aid.
