About certification...
The WFAC provides its own certificate of completion. The Angeles Chapter of the Sierra Club and its Leader Training Committee recognize the WFAC certificate of completion for the first aid requirements of leadership ratings O, I, M and E.

The WFAC satisfies the new national Sierra Club leadership requirement for refreshing first aid training every four years.

The WFAC satisfies the wilderness first aid requirement for the Philmont Scout Ranch.
